NRK Flag Football

For 65 years, the Norchester Red Knights have been teaching the fundamentals of football that promote teamwork and camaraderie among our players in the Pottstown area. In 2026 we are proud to offer flag football in our area, bringing our history and tradition to a new, fast-growing sport!

  • Divisions are based on

  • Practices will start on August ___ with the first week of games on _____. Playoffs will then start ____

  • Once teams are decided, a practice schedule will be provided by your coach. There will be two one-hour practices per week for each team.

  • For practice, players will need to wear shorts or sweat pants, t-shirt and cleats. They should also bring their mouthguard.

  • Players will need to wear shorts or pants without pockets, their assigned jersey, and cleats. No jewelry may be worn. Players wearing glasses or sunglasses, must have athletic straps on them. Players must also bring their mouth guards.

  • During the season each family must volunteer a minimum of:

    • 2 hours per registered Flag football player/cheerleader
